Hi, I’m Alicia and I am looking for a housemate to take over my tenancy agreement in lovely Clifton in an incredibly spacious 2 bedroom Victorian flat with a very large double bedroom.
We are hoping to find someone relaxed and sociable (but respectful of avoiding loud noise late in the evening as there is a flat upstairs and downstairs).
The other person you will be sharing with leads a team of Para-planners by day and is a Morris dancer by night. He enjoys exploring the pubs of Bristol and loves a good board game.
As our future house mate will be taking over my tenancy, they would would need to complete a full referencing check. Your deposit will be protected by the DPS and the tenancy is an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. Please see the below for the standard specifications:

• Occupation: professional in full time employment preferred
