Looking for a 4th housemate!

Hey everyone,

We are 3 girls looking for another housemate to join our home, as our fourth housemate is moving in with her boyfriend.

The place is just off Whiteladies road, close to a big sainsburys, lots of pubs, restaurants etc…

Rent £600 per month not including bills. Bills are roughly £130 a month.

The room is part furnished - double bed frame and curtains

We are all professionals aged 27, 28 and 30. We tend to be quieter during the week days as our communal space is open plan. We watch telly together and sometimes go out for dinner.

We’re all usually busy on the weekends either doing things together or separate with our friends - going to the pub, dinners, or have people round for drinks etc…

We’re all very chilled out and social so we are looking for someone similar to join us. We are good friends, not just housemates.

Looking for someone who is already living in Bristol or has previously lived in Bristol. If you usually work from home, you will need to work in the room as 2 housemates already work in the dining room.

Looking for someone aged 27-32. Gals, gays and theys welcome!
