We have an unfurnished spacious double room available from 12th September in a 3-bed flat share in Clifton. The flat is 5 mins walk away from Clifton Down train station and Whiteladies Road. The room is big enough to comfortably fit a bed, wardrobe, desk and sofa.
The flat is on the first floor and has a reasonably sized kitchen, furnished living room and a shared bathroom.
The overall cost tends to be £800pcm which includes bills and council tax (band D). We also have access to most streaming services in the flat and Virgin media broadband.
You’ll be sharing with myself (26) and Matt (27). I work from site and Matt works from home most of the time. We enjoy football and other sports, watching films and going out occasionally on the weekends.
Looking for a sociable and tidy professional who is up for going out and about to events around Bristol.
