Located on the edge of Clifton and Cotham, this spacious ensuite bedroom is just a 15-minute walk into town, 10 minutes from Clifton Downs, and 5 minutes from Clifton Train Station. The flat is surrounded by plenty of pubs and bars, perfect for socializing, and there’s a large Sainsbury’s and M&S just 5 minutes away. One of the most desirable areas in the city.
The room is huge. It's officially unfurnished except for two mirrors, but the bed, mattress, and Kallax unit can stay if wanted. It also has a huge built-in wardrobe with a rail and shelf. The ensuite is a great size, with a shower cubicle. The shower itself is lovely, with good water pressure and temperature. There’s a shared living room furnished as shown, except for the single chair and stool, and a shared kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. There’s also a small outside patio area.
Bills are usually around £140 a month, including council tax. Ample on-street permit parking is available. There is one designated spot in the car park outside, but the remaining tenant also has a car, so you would need to organize how best to use it between you.
I unfortunately have to move for work, so you would be taking over my tenancy. The minimum length would be until the end of January, then it’s rolling. The current housemate is staying. He's tidy, quiet, and overall a great housemate. He works from home two days a week, usually Monday and Friday.
It's a lovely place to live, with great amenities and a great area with plenty to do and see. The flat is fantastic, especially your room and ensuite, which are so spacious and well-equipped. I'm gutted to be leaving early.
