Victoria Square, Clifton room to let (6 Months)

Hello 🙂

I’m subletting my room for 6 months as I am going home to look after my mum while she’s recovering from an operation.

Please note the room will be for a period of 6 MONTHS ONLY.

The rent is £700 pcm which is inclusive of all bills, including tv subscriptions and shared products such as all cleaning items, bin bags, sponges etc as well as oil, butter, spices, condiments.

The double bedroom:
Large, furnished double bedroom. It has a king size bed, clothes rail, small chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and chair.

You will be sharing a bathroom with Josh. The bathroom has a bath with separate shower.

The apartment is a top floor flat in a beautiful old building. There are 6 flights of stairs (3 double stair cases) so please bear this in mind!

The kitchen is small with very little storage so if you like to cook then please bear that in mind too. A couple of decent pots and pans would be welcome but nothing more really as we have everything we need. We have a dishwasher!

There is a large living room with 2 super comfy leather sofas, a dining table and 4 chairs, tv (with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and X Box.

You need to be ok with dogs as Anna looks after a friend’s English Bulldog Arnold on an ad hoc basis while he’s travelling for work.

There is no bike storage sorry. Parking is on street and you need a permit (which works out about £50 pcm.)

Only 10 mins walk to Park Street and 25 minute walk to Cabot Circus. The apartment is on Victoria Square so you have the park as your front garden! Super close to all Clifton Village amenities (Tesco, cafes and delis)

A bit about us:
Anna: Sociable gal in her early 40s. Works for a charity that supports victims of crime (in the field of restorative justice). Favourite things to do are to eat out, gigs, festivals and comedy. Reluctant exerciser due to being a real foodie!

Josh: Mid 30s currently working for the civil service. Keeps himself to himself most of the time. Loves travelling, anything active (think slack lining and salsa) and going to the pub. Loves his X box too!

We are both currently working a mixture of from home and in the office, 9-5 hours Mon-Fri.

I can't stress enough that we very much see this house as our home and are looking for someone who wants that too. We're both really clean and tidy and are looking for our new housemate to be the same.
PLEASE NOTE: We are looking for someone for 6 months only, professional person preferred. 9-5 working hours preferred.

Room available from beginning/early/mid October. Mid October is the latest you could move in.
