Clean, tidy flat - calm, quiet area

Myself and my husband are looking for a professional between 30 and 40 to rent our spare room. You'd be sharing with a dentist/doctor and a teacher and their strictly indoor cats. Both of us are laid back and generally busy with work so we're looking for someone who is clean/tidy and self-sufficient.

The flat is on a quiet road near a large Sainsbury's, 5 minutes walk to a bus stop and Clifton Down train station, less than 30 seconds from Whiteladies Road.

There's on street parking you have to apply for a permit for. It's a basement flat, but we own the front garden as well as a small part of the back garden, which are lovely in summer. In terms of accessibility, it's a basement flat, so you have to go down some stairs to enter the property.


For us, mid-week evenings are generally spent exercising, reading, gaming, and watching TV.

Weekends are pretty laid-back for us as well: seeing friends, cinema, eating out (we very much enjoy a quiet life and tend to go at a slow pace when not at work).

We have two cats, so a love of animals is quite important as it is their home as well. They are both super-friendly (and very clean).

The room/let isn’t suitable for someone working from home and we would prefer someone who is in the office Monday to Friday.

As you can see from the photos, the room is clean and tidy, and decorated within the last year. We purchased the property just under three years ago, and have invested a lot into decorating/renovating
