Double room with en-suite - Clifton

I'm looking for someone to replace my current housemate, who is moving out in early November (official tenancy would start 11th November, however there could be some flexibility to move in sooner). The house is just off the top of Whiteladies Road, a stone's throw from the downs. Clifton Down Station is about a 7 minute walk away and there are several local supermarkets / pubs / coffee shops within a two minute walk. There's on-street parking on nearby roads which you need a permit for.

The house is four floors, with a kitchen and bathroom on the basement floor, living room on the ground floor, the advertised room and connected bathroom on the first floor, and my room and bathroom on the second floor. The room gets a lot of natural light, with glass doors opening onto a Juliette balcony. As above, you would have your own bathroom with a bath and shower. The room would be unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished.

I'm looking for someone sociable, I like to get out the house most evenings for sport or meeting up with friends, so ideally someone who's keen to get involved. I work mostly from home for an engineering company; happy to share the living space during the day. Need to be tidy / self-sufficient.
