Double room in lovely Clifton house

About the house
One of the girls currently living in this lovely big house is sadly moving out to live with her partner, so a room will be available from the 2nd of November. The available room is a double bedroom on the top floor of a Clifton house just off Whiteladies Road and Clifton Downs. It takes around 30 minutes to walk down to the harbour/centre and very close to transport links on Whiteladies Road and Clifton Down train station. Shared living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room and garden. There’s a bathroom on the top floor shared with one other girl, and another downstairs on the boy’s floor which includes a comically sized bath you’re always welcome to. Rent is £590 and bills are around £120 on top of rent.

A little about the housemates:
Stu (29) is a television researcher for wildlife docs. He loves to surf but has a slight addiction to collecting surfboards. Works mostly from his office in town with occasional Fridays working from home. When Stu is not working, he is either taking friends to visit goats on the Downs or off on his travels somewhere.

Ollie (27) works for the environment agency and is always the first to unload the dishwasher in the mornings. This boy loves an adventure and is not opposed to taking a couple weeks of work to motorbike across Morocco. If you ever want to spend an evening going for an outdoor swim, casual triathlons or partaking in questionably genius snack pairings, Ollie is your man. Ollie works either from home or from the office depending on the week.

Meg (35) works for DEFRA and is always stocked with the good cheeses and the posh wines. Meg works from home with her trusty assistant (see below), loves a sociable drink at the pub, going to gigs and is always looking to recruit members to her infamous quiz team on Tuesdays.

Baba Ganoush (12?) is a sassy short haired tabby, works from home most days and rarely goes to the office. She’s a little high maintenance and loves the finer things in life, quite the chatterbox, loves an evening chilling on the sofa.

We’re looking for another female identifying person to replace our departing queen and balance out the boys. Looking for someone who is up for doing things together as a flat when we can. We’re often in on evenings so will socialise and cook for each other when we can but equally all have our own things going on. We usually have quiet nights mid-week so someone who is also respectful of people having a calm space during a work week would be lovely. We’re clean and would get on with someone who also likes to have a tidy house. With Christmas coming up we love getting a tree together, decorating the house and having a nice roast together.
