Room in Spacious 2 Bed Clifton Flat Available

I’m looking for someone to fill a room in a lovely 2 bedroom flat in Clifton. Move in date flexible from the 5th November until 5th December onwards.

Flat features include bath, working from home space and amazing views of Bristol. The flat comes with a large loft storage area, accessed via the living room. The flat is in a quiet area in a building where people tend not to make much noise during the evenings.

Parking permit is £84 for 12 months, but the flat comes with a set of free permits that refreshes annually. There is also a bus stop 2 minutes away that will take you into town. It’s a 20 minute walk to the nearest medium sized supermarket but there are lots of smaller shops & a corner shop. In terms of access, it is on the top floor of a building with no lift.

15-20 minute walk from University Campus (but professionals only sorry, no students!). 20-25 minute walk from central Bristol.

You would be living with me (Robin, they/them). I am an events officer who enjoys cinema trips, occasional nights out and generally pottering around. I am a considerate flatmate and happy with both socialising and having quiet time. I work from home a few days a week, and this is from a shared space in the living room.

With all bills the total monthly cost is £970. Landlord has requested that any applicants make at least £24k per year.
