Student Accommodation in Clifton/Hotwells

Looking for a student to replace me in Hotwells house, well-equipped student accommodation in the heart of BS8! I'm looking to move out so I can be closer to my uni, not for reasons pertaining to the quality of the place. The double room is spacious and airy with a built-in wardrobe and plenty of storage space. There are two bathrooms between five (which is decent for any sort of student housing) and has a kitchen and living area that can comfortably accommodate everyone and their belongings. The residency includes a gym as well as extra communal space (e. g. pool table + table tennis), in addition to onsite-staff that are extremely helpful. The other flatmates are very tidy and friendly, there's never mess or an excess of noise. Also, bills and broadband are included so you don't have to worry about sorting any of that for yourself.
