I am looking for a replacement for my current flat mate who will be moving out due to his work. The flat is located on the triangle and comes fully furnished. Rent and bills come up to £800 per month. It's a nice and cozy flat, well lit and in an amazing location. Easy access to Bristol city centre and loads of different busses.

I am a 27 year old professional, currently working in customer service. I'm easygoing, sociable and respectful of personal space 🙂. I enjoy live music, board games and am into multiple different sports.

I am preferably looking for a professional, however I am willing to consider mature students.
