The house has a big kitchen and dining area, a small garden (all-be-it slightly overgrown), a lounge with a TV, a couple bathrooms/showers + a bath, a basement for storage/ utilities, and the 5 bedrooms.
Currently in the house there are 6 working professionals in a mixture of industries. Despite that we all get on super well and hoping to find a replacement for me who will gel with the group nicely! That means someone relatively tidy, very easy going, cheery + social (not in the: going out out social way, more in the: will have dinner in the kitchen, chat and watch films with us way).
The rooms rent is: £700/month
Bills: £130/month (roughly)

Room comes furnished but asking for £250 for all of it (bar the mirror). Only accepting candidates who will take it as I’m off travelling!
Another note is that the curtains shown in the pictures are my own that I will be keeping - but there are a set which came originally with the room that they can be swapped out for.
There’s no parking unfortunately too!
