Room in shared house in Clifton

Hiya I’m looking for someone to replace me in my tenancy. The room (furnished) is upstairs over looking the garden. The house itself has a big sociable kitchen/living room, with a little utility room and access to the garden and to the communal garden. There are 2 bathrooms.
There are 4 boys and 1 girl living there (all 3rd year university of Bristol students). They are super friendly and don’t mind someone looking to socialise with them or to keep to themselves.

Rent is £182 a week (including bills) and wifi is a fiver a month. The tenancy agreement ends at the start of July. You must have a guarantor.
