Hey there, we are a group of friends/professionals looking to fill a room in our house. The room comes with a great en-suite and is very well sized on the top floor of a 4 floor house.

We enjoy hanging out together but also respect privacy and alone time. The house has a large terrace coming off the dining room as well as a recently renovated kitchen and living room.
