Large, bright and peaceful room in Clifton

I recently bought this flat and am looking for someone to live in my second room. The flat is situated in beautiful Clifton a few minutes walk away from Whiteladies Road and the downs. There is a lovely farmers market on a Saturday morning a few minutes away and plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs. Clifton downs station is a 5 minute walk away and the village is 20.

The room has a new king size bed and mattress, large built in wardrobes and plenty of storage space. It’s an extremely quiet room and gets the sun in the afternoon. The flat is on the first floor, has a large living room, a separate kitchen and two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath).

I am a professional female in my early 30s working in media. I like to go to barre and yoga classes, travel, read and visit galleries. I like this flat to be a place of calm, relaxation and cosiness so it would suit someone who wants that from their living environment too.

The room will be available from Dec 1st but can also be flexible with that.
