Room & House for Cat lover

I am looking for a cat lover to move into my house.

Recently I have had to move away, and I am not able to take my cat with me, but I am looking for someone to move into my house to live there but also to look after my wonderful cat Toto.

The house has two bedrooms, a kitchen, dining area, lounge and patio. I am letting out one of the rooms and the rest of the house will be available to use (except my bedroom). I have moved my things into the spare room whilst I am away so that I will be able to come back and forth from time-to-time.

I am looking to rent the main bedroom out to preferably a tenant, who first and foremost would need to be a cat lover.

I have published the house as semi furnished as I have some of my items in here such as a futon, kitchen table etc, but I am not precious about them being in-situ whilst I am away.

I am looking for someone to move in ASAP as Toto is in a temporary home and I am keen to get him back in the house.
