Spacious Double Room in a 2-Man Flat, Clifton

A bright and spacious double room is available in a stylish 2-bedroom flat at the top of Whiteladies Road, Clifton. I've been living here since September 2023 and am looking for a new flat mate given that my current one is moving to London. The bedroom you would be moving into is shown in the images attached. There is one toilet between the 2 of us. Council tax is band B. Must earn at least 30 times the share of rent to pass referencing checks..

The flat is in a fantastic location close to shops, cafes, and the Downs. It's also only a 30 min walk into city centre or Clifton village. The flat has had no issues so far, and the landlord is quick to respond back to any queries. The shared living room area is a very nice space to relax in and gets a lot of natural light.

During the week I am very busy and work in the office most days as part of the graduate scheme I am on. On the weekends I enjoy watching football, going for runs, and watching movies in the evenings. I of course also enjoy a pub trip. Therefore, I would ideally be looking for a young professional in a similar position. Note that this would have to be a minimum 6 month stay.
