Large room in nice Clifton flat for 6 months

Hey up,

I am renting out the principal bedroom in my Clifton flat for ~6 months from January 2025 whilst I have a career break and go travelling. Slightly flexible on dates for the right person but ideally would be rented out from the start of Jan for 6 months until I get back at the end of June.

The flat: the flat is a lovely, bright, 80m2 flat in a nice part of Clifton, right on the edge of the downs. The room is very large - 20m2 and comes furnished with a nice king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair, desk. The lounge is a great size too. Bathroom and kitchen slightly smaller and have recently been refurbished. Living on the edge of the downs is fantastic.

Flatmates: I currently live with my good friend Zak who I have known for 20 years. He is 25 and studying for a PhD, but spends a lot of his time visiting industry. Zak will be staying in the flat and it is my room (larger one) which is up for rent. He is wonderful to live, very chilled out and outdoorsy (running/cycling/squash/surfing). We both like to have a good time but the house is a quiet, relaxing space for the majority of the time.

About you: It is really important for me to get someone who is respectful and treats the house as if it were their own. Looking for someone ideally in their mid to late twenties who is a professional. Drop us a message if this sounds like a good fit with a bit of info about yourself.

Cost: £600 for the room + approx £150 for bills depending on usage. £600 deposit.
