We’re a diverse bunch…

Emma is 30 and is an Aussie chick who works as a psychology researcher whilst studying for a doctorate. Emma loves travelling, playing tennis, cooking, and reading, and has recently become fixated on her new Nintendo switch. Emma’s hero is Chappell Roan 💅

Ollie is 25 and works in the emergency service. He is a big active person who loves climbing, gym and anything outdoors, and loves playing games. Ollie's heroes are Emma and Emily.

Emily is 25, just finished her degree in zoology and conservation and is looking for work in that sector. She likes reading, writing, birdwatching and wine. Emily's hero is Bill Bailey.

We are all happy doing our own thing in the flat but also enjoy a friendly chat, drink, or shit movie/tv show with one another.

We’re looking for a young professional aged 28-33 who wants to become the fourth member of our team and make the flat their home.

The flat has availability for a further resident parking permit, a kitchen with washing machine/ dryer and dishwasher, bathroom, separate toilet, and a large living room. The flat is accross from a lovely community garden that stays beautiful year-round, and we are just a short walk to the downs and suspension bridge.

The room itself is the largest bedroom in the house. It’s at the rear of property so gets the light during the afternoon and comes semi-furnished - you’d need your own bed and mattress and could bring additional furniture if you wanted.

Monthly costs for the room are about £650 as the rent is £520 and the bills fluctuate slightly throughout the year. We're a 5 minute walk to the triangle and bunch of great pubs, bars, shops, and cafes. Clifton Village is a 10 minute walk. And, we have easy access to the M5 and M4.
