Hello, my current flatmate has moved out and I am looking for a new housemate to move in, starting in early January.

For council tax reasons it would be preferable if you were a student (Council tax band B). Flexible tenancy length, No deposit required.

The Flat is in a great location on a quiet road and is a 10 minute walk from the University and 5 minutes from Clifton Village.

I am looking for a sociable flatmate, friendly, happy housemate. If you were around in Bristol to see the flat in the next couple of days that would be fantastic!

I am a postgraduate student who is keen on running, football and going to the pub.
