Hi! We are looking for a new housemate to join us in a lovely 3 bedroom flat in Clifton, in a great location just off Whiteladies Road.
About the room & flat:
There is a large living room, kitchen (with dishwasher), bathroom (with bath/shower), an additional shower room and toilet upstairs, washing machine, and a shared garden with the flat below.
The bedroom comes unfurnished and is super spacious, with a mezzanine level that makes a great reading nook/ storage space.
The rest of the flat comes furnished, although any contributions to kitchen utensils would be great!
There is also plenty of permit parking available for a reasonable price.
We are all currently good friends and like hanging out together (watching TV in the evenings & having a natter over a cuppa) as well having our own things going on/ enjoying our own chill time. We'd be keen to keep that dynamic.
The flat also has a really homely vibe, and we all look after it/ keep it clean and tidy.
