Double bedroom to rent in spacious Maisonette flat

Hi! I am looking for a new housemate to join me in a lovely 3 bedroom flat in Clifton, in a great location just off Whiteladies Road.

About the room & flat:

There is a large living room, kitchen (with dishwasher), bathroom (with bath/shower), an additional shower room and toilet upstairs, washing machine, and a shared garden with the flat below.

The room comes unfurnished (although there may be the opportunity for some furniture to be bought off the current tenant).

The whole flat was also originally unfurnished, with some furniture and pots and pans leaving with the outgoing tenant, so anyone who is able to contribute to furniture/kitchen utensils would be greatly appreciated!

We are all currently good friends and like hanging out together (watching TV in the evenings & drinking tea in the kitchen!) as well having our own things going on/ enjoying our own chill time. I’d be keen to keep that dynamic.

The flat also has a really homely vibe, and we all look after it/ keep it clean and tidy.
