Double room in 2 bed apartment in Clifton Village

My former housemate of a few years has achieved the dream and gone brought herself a house so looking for a new flatmate, to avoid needlessly paying for the extra unused room. Its a nice sized room, 5.1 by 2.1 metres, furnished and with a double bed. The rest of the flat is also pleasant with a big entrance hallway, a combined kitchen dinner (washing machine and dish washer) and a shower/bath combo in the bathroom with a separate toilet room.

I work from home a few days a week, but out most weekday evenings playing sports or visiting my partner. The landlord has been very pleasant to deal with in the year and a half I've lived here.

No parking space and it is Clifton Village however my former flatmate rarely had too much hassle finding a spot around Victoria Park.
