Spacious Double Room in Homely Clifton Flat

Our lovely flatmate Dwyn has just got himself on the property ladder and so we're looking for a new tenant to take his light and spacious double bedroom! 🏠

The bedroom is unfurnished (pictured with Dwyn's belongings currently) but there is really neat built in storage.

The flat has a big bathroom, a big kitchen and a big living space. There is also a room on the landing coming up the stairs with washing machine and drying racks.

The other two rooms are occupied by Marcus and Dan. Marcus is an English teacher at the nearby secondary school and Dan is a lecturer at Bristol Uni. 👨‍🏫

It's a super clean, friendly and warm flat. Our neighbours on the floors below are great and the location is lush - 5 minutes from Clifton Village / 5 minutes from the Downs 🏃‍♂️☕👌

Bills usually come to about £150 each per month for gas / electric / broadband / council tax.

The turn around is quite speedy - we are looking for a tenant to move in on the 14th Jan or as close to that date as possible. Unfortunately, Dan and I are in and out a bit over the Christmas period but if you're interested in looking around over the next few weeks just let us know and we'll figure it out!
