Heyy, my flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to take over her tenancy from 07.01.2025 (or ASAP after that date) until 06.07.2025.
About the flat:
A two-bedroom, one-bathroom flat on a quiet residential road in Clifton, located a
2 minute walk away from Senate House, 5 minutes from the Triangle and Whiteladies, and 15 minutes from Clifton Downs/the Centre.
Water bills are included in the rent but Wi-Fi, gas and electricity are not, and cost roughly £50-70 per month (depending on usage).
I’ve lived here for 2.5 years and have an excellent relationship with the landlord, who has always been very kind, helpful and professional.
The bedroom has a double bed, desk, storage, a wardrobe, south facing windows and was recently redecorated. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower. The kitchen includes all appliances and white goods. There is also a communal garden shared with the tenants of the neighbouring flats and a driveway which is free for tenants to use.
About me:
I’m 23 and studying my master’s in health sciences research, so much of my time during the week is spent at uni. My hobbies include going to the gym, trying new coffee shops, visiting plant shops and cooking/baking. I’m friendly and sociable but also respectful of people’s space. I’m also clean and tidy.
What I’m looking for in a flatmate:
My preference is another postgraduate strident but I’ll happily consider a third/fourth-year. It would be a plus (but not a requirement!) if our interests are similar.
I’d like a flatmate who is clean, tidy and relatively sociable but also respectful of others’ personal space as I’m wanting to cultivate a peaceful living environment. I’m not fussy about gender and I’m LGBTQIA+ friendly.
