Huge room for rent in the heart of Clifton Village

Our lovely flatmate Laura is moving out at the end of January, so we're looking for a tidy female professional to take over her room.

You'd be living with Dani, 28 (29 by the time you move in - eek!) who works in academic publishing and Beth, 25, who works for a charity. I work from home in the living room 3 days a week and go into the office for the other 2, Beth works from the office full time. We're both swifties and bookworms, but won't hold it against you if you're not!

The room is huge, comes unfurnished but Laura will be selling the armchair and Kallux storage unit in the pictures. Rest of the flat has a small kitchen, bathroom and big living room with lovely views over Victoria Square. We also have a big balcony which is perfect for BBQs in the summer ☀️

Bills come to about £150 each per month, this includes gas/electric, water, council tax and Internet. We'd be looking for someone who wants to stay for at least a year and has a full time job. No students unfortunately - the letting agency will want references from your employer and a past landlord. Looking to get viewings done on the 12th/13th/14th/15th January in the evenings ideally.
