Lovely flat by Clifton village

Hello,

I'm advertising a room in my apartment, as my flatmate has bought her own place.

It's a lovely flat right beside Clifton Village. It's a five minute walk to the Harbourside, or the Downs, and about ten minutes into town. There's lots of lovely amenities nearby.

There's two decent sized rooms, with high ceilings, and a lovely sitting room and kitchen.

The room comes part furnished. The old flatmate is leaving behind a bedframe and a wardrobe. You'd need to get a mattress.

The rent is 625, due on the 15th of every month, with bills split evenly and paid on the 1st of every month.

About me:
I'm a journalist from the west coast of Ireland. I moved to Bristol a little over two years ago for a job here.
My interests include music, film, literature, rugby, pool, writing, exercise, some video games, cooking and lots more shit I can't think of right now. I'm a reasonable guy, who believes in fairness.

Ideally, the right flatmate will be considerate, reasonable, a grown up who's ok with sharing responsibilities and keeps the house in good nick. We don't need to be mates or anything, it'd be nice for sure, but I'd settle with a decent person who respects privacy and simple, reasonable boundaries.

In the past, I've aalways preferred living with women, so I likely won't respond to any men.
