We have a double room near the heart of Clifton Village available from Saturday 1st of November. It's in a Georgian property that overlooks a park.
The flat is across two floors - downstairs there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms (one shower, one bath) and a laundry room. Upstairs is a shared open living room/kitchen and a third bathroom.
This has lovely views over Clifton and is great for urban wildlife watching!
We also have a little roof patio.
We have a decent TV and a Roku in the living room area.
About us:
Alex, 38, male - works at University of Bristol, likes podcasts, books, trying to stay fit & healthy, animals & nature, documentaries.
Tori, 36, female - works as a brewer for Left Handed Giant, likes going for walks and discovering pubs and cafes, reading, and is half way through Couch To 5K.
Margherita, 30, female - works in the environmental sector and enjoys movies and hiking.
We're looking for a new housemate aged between 30 and 50.
As a house we keep a calm vibe, respect each other's space and schedules, and like to keep the place clean. A couple of us leave for work early so we like our early nights!
Council tax is included, but the other bills aren't. They come to around £70 per person.
Rent is £600 pcm, deposit the same. Minimum 6 month contract.
The room comes with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and dehumidifier.
On-street parking with paid permit.
There is a bus at the end of our road that goes to the city and centre and to Temple Meads train station.
