Our 2 flatmates are sadly leaving our lovely four-person, top-floor flat in Clifton Village and we are looking for a new tenant from 21 April 2024 (there may be some flexibility).
The room: 🛏️
A smaller double room with a small (3/4) double bed, mattress, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, with a view of the lovely green next to the suspension bridge. Rent is £475 pm.
A friend may be taking the other available room.
The flat: 🏡
The flat has a lounge/kitchen, a main bathroom with a shower, an additional toilet and sink, and a small storage cupboard.
We each pay an additional £110 per person on bills (which we pay into the house account that I manage for the flat), which include Council Tax, Water, Gas & Electricity, and TV license. This might be subject to a small increase as bills generally increase around April each year.
The landlord charges a £500 deposit, of which £50 is a non-refundable holding deposit.
The flat is a 2-minute walk from the Suspension Bridge, a 20-minute walk from Clifton Down Station, and a 25-minute walk from Bristol town centre.
The housemates: 😊
Lisa is 29 and works as a GIS specialist (making maps) with a mixture of office and home working. She is a fun and considerate flatmate. She is part of an ultimate frisbee team and plays in an orchestra and wind band. She also enjoys being in nature.
Zak is 27 and is a Mechanical Engineer. She also plays frisbee and likes keeping active, crafts and reading. She enjoys her own time but is equally always keen for a chill hang out or board game with housemate.
We would love to live with a clean and tidy professional, aged 26-32, who is keen to spend time with us as a flat, but is also independent and enjoys their own space.
