Our lovely flatmate is moving out to live with her partner and we are looking to replace her with someone fun a friendly so we can stay in our much loved flat.
About the flat:
A 3 bed flat in Clifton, just off Whiteladies Road. We are located in Clifton, just a few minutes away from supermarkets and pubs, in an area that feels safe and convenient.
The flat has a shared living room that we have furnished, and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher. The room available is unfurnished and easily fits a double bed and desk.
About us:
We are two young professionals. Carys has lived here for 3.5 years and Anna joined 6 months ago. We love to spend time together and do things independently. We work a mix of at home and in the office. We are:
Anna: I am a 26 year old Town Planner from Surrey! I love cooking, evenings at the pub and meeting new people.
Carys: I am a 28 year old Software Engineer from Wales! I love trips to the pub, a pub quiz and fun days out.
About you:
We are looking for a professional around our age. We would love someone sociable and fun, who is considerate and enjoys their own space but also to sit in front of the telly and binge watch a series together. Looking for someone who would join us for drinks and flat meals and fit into our friendly flat dynamic. Someone clean and tidy would be ideal!
Bonus points if you have a sofa as ours belongs to the flatmate who is leaving!
Prices:
We currently pay £760 a month rent, we are waiting on the landlord to confirm if that will increase. Bills come to approx. £150 a month
