En-suite Room in 2 bedroom flat in Clifton

My flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for a new flatmate to sign up to a one year tenancy (option to roll over / resign after the first year).

The flat is a two bedroom flat on Whiteladies Road. It is a 5 minute walk to Clifton Down Station and the Downs. There’s also a bus stop outside the flat.

The room is large and spacious with an en-suite. The room is unfurnished but there is an option to buy furniture from my current flatmate. Rent is £800 plus bills. Bills are approximately £200-250pp. We’ve just had a smart meter installed so are hoping that energy bills reduce.

A little bit about me- I’m a 28 year old professional who works at a law firm. I tend to WFH around 2 days a week. In my spare time I enjoy movie nights, going to the cinema, reading and travelling. I’m also a veggie so would prefer to live with someone who is veggie/vegan if possible.
