Spacious flat in Clifton with access to roof

The flat is on a quiet road between the village and whiteladies. I’m in my late 20s, working in environmental policy and typically spending half the week working in the office and the rest at home. Looking for someone sociable and outgoing, but who isn’t hoping to host too much (due to previous noise complaints), and ideally someone who likes the outdoors, music, pubs etc.

Council tax band B and bills typically £150-200 pp. A bedroom and living room are being redecorated so can send pictures of them on request.
