Clifton room with roof terrace

Room available 5 minutes from Clifton village! The flat has its own roof terrace and a good sized living room. You’d be sharing a bathroom with one other. The room does have the boiler and tumble dryer (very rarely used for this reason) as reflected in the price of the room. The room has a built in wardrobe which makes it far more spacious than it appears in the picture.

The room is available from 3rd July with a 6 month minimum and then monthly rolling contract.

I’m a 20 year old professional and tend to work at the office 5 days a week so ideally would like someone on a similar schedule but students welcome to enquire :)

Bills tend to come to a around 175pcm with council tax

I only moved to Bristol at the end of last year so would love to be friends with who I’m living with. I do love the odd night out but appreciate weeknights being quiet. Big fan of wholesome Sundays, chill runs and trying good coffee spots
