Double room near Whiteladies Road (bills inc).

Hi, we are three Professionals (x2M, 1F) looking for a Professional non smoking person to join our flat share. We are just behind Whiteladies road near the Downs in a nice, airy flat. The flat is on the top floor and has a combined Kitchen and shared living space. We have two Bathrooms which have been recently re-furbished. The room is cosy and available to let from the 1st of June. We are close to Clifton Downs train station and have excellent Transport links and access to Shops etc. We don't have access to Parking and are in a RPZ, there is a permit available but it’s expensive so this would suit someone without a car although we do have room for bikes. We have all been here for at least two years and would like someone looking for a long term place. We are managed through an agency employed by the Landlord so references are required. please note rent is £625 and bills are an additional £200 so total is £825.
