Double room & own bathroom by Clifton Triangle

Hey my flatmate is sadly moving out so I have a room going in our lovely 2 bed flat right by Clifton Triangle.

It’s a double room and you’d have exclusive access to the main bathroom and shared living space with myself. The building is really nice and has a concierge/building manager who looks after our parcels etc and it has bin stores & secure bike stores too.

No parking unfortunately!

This is through a lovely private landlady so no agency fees etc, she’s very accommodating and understanding :)

I have lived in the flat just over a year now, I work a field based/remote job so will WFH a fair bit, my job also involves staying overnight a fair bit and I’m away at the weekend frequently so you’d have the flat to yourself a lot :)

I’m happy for someone to come in and be friends but also happy living our lives independently, whatever suits. In the evenings I’m usually busy at the gym, making dinner and watching something like MIC/MAFS or a Netflix series.
