Small double room in central Clifton house share

We’re looking for a housemate to join us in our large 3 story townhouse in Clifton, just off the bottom of whiteladies road.

We’re a group of 2 guys and 3 girls, I’m an assistant director for a festival, Kaitlin is a DJ, Cesca works for Pirate Studios, Robbie works in TV and Aaron works in finance. Kaitlin and I are often away from home as she gigs regularly and I go away a lot so even though it’s a 6 bed it rarely feels like it. We’re a chilled out bunch, and even though there is moderate noise because of peoples professions, it’s always respectful and within reasonable hours. It’s a big house with lots of space for everyone to do their own thing and it’s generally a pretty chilled out, friendly and quiet environment. Looking for someone that’s clean, respectful of shared spaces and communal living and is all around good vibes that would fit in with the group. We’re a make up of friends/ friends of friends so would be nice if someone would like to be social with us, but generally we all lead very busy lives with people often away for periods of time so we don’t usually spend time together all as one group.

The room is little but big enough for a double bed and a desk. Huge build in storage which also helps and gorgeous natural light. *Please note this photo was from when I lived in there a few years back but the room itself looks the same.

We have an outdoor courtyard which is in dire need of some TLC so anyone with green fingers welcome! Bills are between 20-40£ a month, all the rest are inc. Private and extremely reasonable landlord, rolling contract, parking permits available for a fee too. I’ve lived here for nearly 4 years as it’s a pretty easy place to be :)
