En-Suite Room In Clifton

One of my flatmates is planning on moving out next month so we are looking for a replacement.

The flat is in a quiet area next to Clifton Village and about a 25 min walk from the centre. We each have our own bathrooms, and the kitchen is fitted with a full oven and dishwasher, with plenty of storage space.

There's a washer and dryer, as well as bike storage available at the back of the flat if needed. Room is £595 not including bills and council tax which normally comes to around £150-200 a month

You will be living with myself (28, non-binary) and one other flatmate (mid-30s, female). We're both professionals working full-time at UoB and prefer more quiet evenings. We are both busy with our own lives, although we occasionally will have a drink together on weekends and happy to have longer chats here and there.

We're looking for a working woman or queer person (no students please) to join our flat, preferably someone that appreciates a more quiet and tidy vibe.

Room comes unfurnished but the flatmate who's leaving is willing to discuss leaving some items (such as a desk and storage) if needed
