Double Room in Friendly Clifton Houseshare

We’re three friends (2F, 1M) who live together in a 4 bed terrace just off Whiteladies Road (approx 30 min walk from centre). We’ve lived in the property for a year now - it came (badly) furnished so we’ve made it our own 🛋️

We hang out regularly and are all quite close, but appreciate our own down time too. George (27) is into the gym 🏋️ and sound design. Callie, vegan, 31, ambivert, likes nature, gardening 🪴and board games. Beth (31) does pole fitness, loves live music and festivals, enjoys good food and overbooking herself ⛷️

We’re all pretty easy going, generally always up for a couple pints out or a film night in. Spontaneous weekend plans are always encouraged, whether that’s climbing, the beach or a road trip. Looking for someone who wants to get involved, but is also happy doing their own thing.

The room is a front-facing attic double which originally came with a basic double bed, desk, wardrobe and small chest of drawers. Our current housemate brought in his own furniture (all currently pictured) - you are welcome to do the same, and he’s also up for selling his furniture if you’re interested.

The house has a communal living room, kitchen and one (weirdly large) bathroom. Beth’s room has an en-suite toilet which eliminates any queuing. Bills are approx £150 pcm.

We’re looking for a guy to keep the house balance - someone friendly, kind and fun who’s up for the occasional 3am kitchen party. Sorry none of us care much about football, but we will join you in the pub for the World Cup 🍻
