Double room in friendly Clifton flat

Hey! We’re Amy (30) & Josh (36), both working professionals looking for a lovely new housemate in our 3 bed flat share. We’d love to find someone who wants the place to feel like home, who’s clean & tidy and appreciates their own space but is still up for socialising together in the flat. Both of us are super chilled and sociable but definitely not party animals, so we’d love to find someone on a similar wavelength. We’re also quite active - we met through climbing and Amy enjoys getting outdoors at any opportunity, whilst Josh enjoys going to the gym and skydiving with his free time!

About the flat - rent is £550/month (excluding bills which work out around £200/month) and is arranged directly through our private landlord who is lovely and quick to sort any issues. The room available is a large double, with the bed and wardrobe included in the rent. The flat is beautiful, with high ceilings and a huge shared living area. There’s 2 bathrooms between the 3 of us - both with toilets, one with a bath and the other with a shower. There’s also a shared kitchen with washing machine etc. We’re in a great location on Royal York Crescent with a shared community garden and plenty of nearby green spaces with the Downs, Ashton Court and Leigh Woods all within easy walking distance. On street permit parking is also available.
