All bills included. Spare room in our family home.

We are a young family of 5. We have a spare room in our four bedroom townhouse in Clifton. Our kids are ages 4, 5 and 9. They are used to having a live in au pair and Airbnb guests coming and going. We have a garden. All bills included in the rent including wifi.

Peaceful, safe area of Bristol on a dead end road. Can walk everywhere from the house.

A potential tenant would have a shared bathroom (shared with the two younger kids only) on the first floor. The room is on the ground floor on the same level as a toilet, the kitchen and the garden.

You would need to apply for a residents parking permit (CH) if you have a car. The house is just outside of the clean air zone. We currently have access to a garage where we can store a bike.

We are looking for a female tenant who can sign up for a minimum of 6 months.

We both work full time hours over four days in professionals jobs.
