Massive lounge and a gorgeous sofa that acts as a bed for 3! Lots of light and a little balcony. 2 minute walk from Clifton Village and next to a park.

Ideally a female / female identifying housemate but also open to the right person. Sharing with Me, May, who studies part time Social Policy at Bath Uni. This is not a party flat but I do like an occasional glass of wine or beer on the weekend! Also happy for guests to come and stay.

Gas + Electric: Approx £40 in summer, and approx £70 in winter
Council tax is £125 each (sadly very expensive because Clifton)

Bedroom also has a built in wardrobe. Bathroom has shower and bath. Also to note we do not have a washing machine , but there is a laundrette a short distance away.
