Room is a 2 bedroom flat close to Bristol Uni

Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over my room in this fantastic 2 bedroom flat, ideally before 18th of July.

The flat is located down a cul-de-sac behind Goldney Hall, and is very quiet but still close (10 mins walk) to the triangle. 15 min walk to UoB campus.

The flat has a large living/kitchen/dining room with a floor to ceiling window looking over Bristol harbourside.

The room that is available is a furnished room which includes the double bed, a wardrobe, a bookshelf and a small desk. I brought the bookshelf and the desk but more than happy to leave them there for free.

The bathroom is shared and has a bathtub with a shower head There is central heating throughout but the flat tends to be quite warm anyway (south facing and gets the sun).

The property is managed by Sarah Kenny lettings. Reference required. There is a minimum 6 months initial tenancy, with the option to go onto a rolling contract after that. Monthly rent 652.5+bills(~75 for gas+electricity+internet+water)+council tax Band C (if applicable).

Due to my flatmate having recently graduated, the priority will be given to non-students (because of council tax) but he is still open to discussing so don't feel discouraged from applying. Due to regulations tho, it is only postgraduate with stipends that are allowed to rent the properties.

About my flatmate: recently graduated male PhD student doing maths, currently working from home. Quiet, tidy and open minded. He enjoys movie nights, reading and sports (especially football!).
