Large Room in Friendly House

Hi, my name is Andrew and I'm looking to share my house. It's a great location in Clifton Wood, short walk to the city centre or the harbour side in the other direction.

I currently live there with my partner and 1 other lodger. There is currently 1 room available. You would be sharing a bathroom with the other lodger. The room is large in size and furnished. More photos on request.

We're fairly easy going and looking for someone clean and respectful. The expectation is that you clean up after yourself, not make noise in the middle of the night and generally be considerate of others. In return I will do my best to make sure the house is always in good repair, issues are dealt with quickly and that you have a good time living here and feel welcome.

I work full time on my own software business. My partner runs a yoga retreat business and our other house mate is a pilot.
