Hello there, we are looking for a housemate to join us. It's a great location in Clifton Wood, short walk to the city centre or the harbour side in the other direction.
There is currently 1 room available. You would be sharing a bathroom with the other lodger. The room is large in size, furnished and recently refurbished with new carpets etc. More photos on request.
We're fairly easy going house looking for someone clean and respectful.
Landlord + partner + 1 other lodger. We do our best to make sure the house is always in good repair, issues are dealt with quickly and that you have a good time living here and feel very welcome and at home.
I work full time on a software business. My partner runs a yoga retreat business and our other house mate is a pilot.
