Room to rent in Clifton Wood

Hello! My current flatmate is moving to London so I’m looking for a replacement. Our landlord has offered a 6-month renewal to our current tenancy at £750pcm (excluding bills, which are ~£200 inc council tax Band C). The flat is gorgeous and has a massive living/dining area with a balcony overlooking much of Bristol. There is 1 shared bathroom, then a separate shower room. We also have a garage, then you can purchase a permit to park on the street outside.

It’s also in Clifton Wood so a really good location. Only a 10 minute walk to Harbourside, and 5 to Clifton Village.

The bedroom is a decent size and has an amazing view of Bristol, but depending on your furniture may not fit a desk. If you wfh often, my current flatmate has a desk in the communal room (I’m usually in the office but sometimes wfh with a desk in my room, but this arrangement has worked well for us).

The property itself is unfurnished, but the furniture in the bedroom can be negotiated (depending if my current flatmate finds a furnished or unfurnished property in London).

I’m a young professional, so looking for someone similar (relaxed and chill midweek then occasional weekend pub trip).
