Description
We are looking to rent a large, double-room with en-suite and space for an office/small lounge. The room is semi-furnished and has a double bed, Ikea square storage unit, a coat/clothes rack, and an Ikea storage unit (see photos). The room has just finished being decorated. All bills are included (gas, electricity, TV license, council tax).
You'd be sharing with a dentist/doctor and his partner, a teacher and their strictly indoor cats. Both of us are generally very quiet and usually busy with work or the gym, so we're looking for someone who is clean/tidy and self-sufficient. We're not looking for someone who is a party animal, and don't want to be disturbed too much at the weekends. Without sounding too antisocial, we probably wouldn’t consider anyone who was keen on having people over regularly as this doesn’t really suit the peaceful, quiet lifestyle that we enjoy.
The flat is on a quiet road near a large Sainsbury's, 5 minutes walk to a bus stop and Clifton Down train station, less than 30 seconds from Whiteladies Road.
There's on street parking you have to apply for a permit for. It's a basement flat, but we own the front garden as well as a small part of the back garden, which are lovely in summer. In terms of accessibility, it's a basement flat, so you have to go down some stairs to enter the property.
Happy to have a discussion re: Mon-Fri or seven days a week let, ideally looking for at least a 6 months stay. Can send photos of the rest of the flat too!
