Hi, my name's David and my flatmate Emily will be moving out at the beginning of October leaving a lovely double room available in our flat.

We are situated in Clifton about 5 minutes walk from Clifton Village, about 10 to 15 minutes walk from Clifton Down train station, and about 5 minutes walk from the edge of the downs. We have a large living room which overlooks one of the Clifton College sports fields, a lovely kitchen and two double rooms one of which could be yours. The second room has an ensuit so you would have full reign of the primary bathroom.

A bit about me, I've been in Bristol for a few years now and dont intend to leave any time soon, only moved to Clifton in the new year and am loving the place so far. I work mostly from home so am usually about to accept deliveries if needed.
