En-suite room in Clifton village

Hi, Teo and I are looking for a housemate as Josh has just bought a house so is sadly moving out. The room will be available early March, exact date to be confirmed over the next couple of weeks.

It’s a double room in the heart of Clifton Village, close to Victoria Square and within a stone's throw of the Clifton Suspension Bridge. The room includes a modest Juliet balcony and en-suite. Just a 10-minute walk from Park Street and the city centre, this location offers loads of character and plenty of lovely restaurants and pubs. The flat also includes a spacious living area and kitchen. Ideal for those looking for convenience and comfort in a prime Bristol location.

Bills: approximately 140-160 pcm (includes council tax, water, gas, electric, wifi)

James: I usually work from home a couple of days a week and head into the office the rest. Outside of work, I love being outside wherever possible hiking/running, playing football or golf.

Teo: I work at the university so head into the lab each day. I recently moved to Bristol from Barcelona and I am enjoying discovering the city. When I am not in the lab you can find me sailing or finding the best brunch spots.

We enjoy a relaxed, sociable vibe at home. Usually have a house series on the go and enjoy having the occasional house meal. We’re looking for the usual: tidy, respectful of shared spaces, up for socialising but also happy doing their own thing.
