Clifton Double Room In Very Spacious Flat

I’m posting this on behalf of my current flatmate Dan as he’s moving out in August to move in with his girlfriend so am keen to have someone take his room over!

About the flat/ room:

The flat is a lovely, very spacious 2 bedroom ground floor flat just off of Whiteladies road with a very large living room, large windows and is furnished. The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, small wardrobe and nightstand. The kitchen is more than accommodating for two, with all appliances including a dishwasher. The living room also has more than enough bookshelves/ shelves to store anything else you wouldn’t want in your room, there is also a small desk separate to my own desk that I use when I WFH. You will also have almost exclusive access of the main bathroom, as I have a small en-suite with a shower.

About me/ who I’m looking for:

I graduated last year from the University of Bristol and am now working professionally here. I work ‘remotely’ meaning that although I work from home most mornings, I spend the majority of my day out and about, and often spend 1/2 nights away with work a week. I love music and gigs, so as well as my work being based within the nightlife industry, this means I’m often out in the evenings/ late at night, but don’t worry I keep this out of the house as we’ve got neighbours, although of course if you’re into your music and nightlife this could be a great fit! I’m also a keen runner, climber, reader etc. so always out and about. Given that I already work from home, this may fit better for those that are hybrid workers/ work in a office, but again I’m flexible and I’m sure we can make things work if it’s the right fit. Age range I’m easy but put a limit on 30, but any fresh grads out there/ masters/ students feel free to message!
