Sharing with me, Secil, who is a PhD student at Bristol University. This is not a party flat, but I do like an occasional glass of wine or beer on the weekend! I am also hoping to find someone who is clean and tidy, so we can both enjoy a comfortable home.

Council tax is £160 (sadly very expensive because Clifton)

You will be signed onto a contract, so you will need to supply references.
