Hia! I'm a 31yr old male, hailing from the icy plains of Canada.
I work from the home studio on software design several days a week and am about to begin practicing therapy in the local area.
I host parties/gatherings every few months. It's not a "party house" but I'm a very social person and love hosting friends for dinner, pre-drinks or my annual Halloween/Birthday costume party. As my roommate I'd love for you to get involved in these and invite friends too.

- Arty -- if you're a creative too chances are we will gel well!
- Music -- playing/singing in the house on a weekly basis, you are encouraged!
- Tech/DIY -- I have installed an adblocker across our entire home network :D
- Mediation -- lots of Buddhist paraphernalia around the house, love philosophy DMCs
- Martial arts -- regularly host Brazilian Jiu Jitsu sparring with experienced friends in the garden (ignore cries for help) If you want to learn self-defense we can teach you.

- The flat is a gem, seriously
- Our bedrooms are massive, but there is no living room
- Shared shower/bathroom
- Home studio with space for your desk
- Some storage space available
- Big garden in the back with lovely sun all morning/afternoon
- Pretty chill neighbours, good relationship
- Building is well looked after
- Landlady/letting agency are generally positive and responsive
- Permit street parking available right outside
- If you have a dog we can see what's possible! I am allergic to cats.
- Right next to Clifton Down Shopping Centre and the train station.
Boundaries

- I work via agreements, not expectations, so if there's ever something we want to change about our co-living situation we get to work towards building an agreement together. If you haven't worked this way before I am happy to share what I know :)
- No smoking in the house
- A little substance use is cool but if you're on the stuff regularly this isn't the setup for you.
- No loud noise after 9pm/before 9am, can negotiate other quiet periods
- If you have a partner, they can visit/spend some nights obvs, but the lease doesn't allow 3 people.
- Looking for someone who will help keep the house clean. Not spotless, but clean!
