Double room in Clifton flat - short term

Furnished double room available to rent on a short term basis (up to approximately 3 months) in a lovely top floor flat on one of the Georgian terraces between Clifton Village (5 minutes walk) and Whiteladies Road (10 minute walk).  

The flat has beautiful views over Bristol, and comprises a living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and a large communal garden (shared by the terrace). On street resident permit parking is available (at an additional cost). Please note that unfortunately there is nowhere to keep a bike in the flat/building, and there is no lift access.

I'm looking for someone who wants a nice, calm place to stay on a short term basis. You will be sharing with just me. I am fairly sociable and often busy in the evenings and weekends! I'm always up for a chat, but enjoy home being fairly quiet and relaxed. Unfortunately it is not suitable for someone who works from home all the time (occasional days working from home would be fine).
